Session Postponements

  1. Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a 48-hour notice via email to shobha.cp.nimhans@gmail.com for any session postponements. Sessions must be rescheduled within the same week to avoid charges for no-shows. No-shows on the client’s side will be fully charged.
  2. Therapist Delays: If delays are caused by the therapist, no additional costs will be incurred by the client, and the session will be rescheduled promptly.

Payment and Refunds

  1. Advance Payments: Advances paid for sessions will not be refunded. They can only be forfeited against therapy or consultation sessions.

Legal Jurisdiction

  1. Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
